JOB DESCRIPTION

Content Review Associate, you will be responsible for improving the quality of data by reviewing content like posts and comments, and other web content like images and videos. You will label the content with their categories and also judge their quality.

Responsibilities:
Label content as good or bad, and categorize it into various types like job postings, user profiles, articles, etc.
Use internal tools and web resources to gain insights into content to improve content categorization
Communicate effectively and concisely with internal partners about your findings
Maintain and promote a positive attitude while meeting productivity goals
1+ years of relevant experience in content classification, spam and low content quality judgements
Experience with crowdsourcing tools like Amazon Mechanical Turk and CrowdFlower
Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of social media (and the technologies that support it) and internal systems/software (Intranet, web-based applications)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills with the ability to explain Internet functionality to customers via telephone and email
Ability to identify, analyze and report risk trends to improve customer experience and make discretionary decisions based on appropriate research
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
